Hary Tanoesoedibjo – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Tanoesoedibjo, as the Chairman of Linktone’s board since April 2008. He is also the group CEO of Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC) since March 2004. He is the founding shareholder and Group Executive Chairman of PT Bhakti Investama Tbk since 1989. Currently, he holds positions in several other companies, including as Group President & CEO of PT Global Mediacom TBK Since 2002, President Director of RCTI since 2003, Commissioner of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk since 2004, President Commissioner of PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) since 2006, and many other companies within Mediacom Group and Bhakti Investama Group. He has also served as the General Treasurer of National Sports Committee (KONI) and has spoken at various seminars as well as lectured at post graduate programs in various universities for subjects on corporate finance, investments, and strategic management. With his background as a prominent investment banker, he developed MNC's business model as it is today and led various major acquisitions and restructurings, including the acquisitions of PT Global Mediacom Tbk, RCTI, and TPI as well as the development of the print and content business within MNC and the formation of PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk involving a series of complicated acquisitions and restructurings。 He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1988 and a MBA degree from Ottawa University, Ottawa, Canada, in 1989.

Colin Sung –Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer
Colin Sung joined Linktone in June 2009, Mr. Sung has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting management, business development, as well as investor relations both in the United States and China. He originally joined Linktone in June 2005. From April 2008 until May 2009, Mr Sung was President Chief Financial Officer of China Cablecom Holdings, Ltd. A joint-venture provider of cable television services in the People's Republic of China. Prior to this position, he was Linktone’s Chief Financial Officer & Director of Board and Interim CEO 2006. From June 2004 until April 2005, Mr. Sung served as Corporate Controller of UTi, United States, Inc., a subsidiary of UTi Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: UTIW), a global integrated logistics company. From August 2001 until May 2004, he was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller at USF Worldwide, Inc., a subsidiary of USF Corporation (NASDAQ: USFC), a transportation industry leader, before it's acquired by GPS Logistics Group Ltd. in 2002. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Corporate Controller of the U.S. operations of Panalpina, Inc. Mr. Sung is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree from William Paterson University and a Master of Business Administration degree from American InterContinental University.

Muliawan Guptha – Chief Strategy Officer
Muliawan Guptha joined linktone in April 2008. He is also a Director of MNC and Linktone. Mr. Guptha has been working with television broadcasting companies in Indonesia since 2001, including PT Cipta TPI, PT Musik Televisi Indonesia and PT Global Information Bermutu, in the areas of finance, technology and administration. These companies are affiliates of PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNC), the largest and only integrated media company in Indonesia, which bought a controlling interest in Linktone in April of this year. Earlier in his career, Mr. Guptha spent several years in banking and financial services in Indonesia. Mr. Guptha holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma.
